You recently appeared a strange image in the network, as reported by AppAdvice, could come just from Comex, hackers who could release the jailbreak days untethered for the iPad 2. There is no need to take a careful look at the image to understand what is and what it refers announces today, June 17, 2011 at 06:17:11, could be the day of the release of JailbreakMe 3.0.
It would seem, then, that a successful followers of Comex Twitter is published by the hacker was able to save a picture on your channel (later removed), this image is shown in this article. Clearly, if the news is confirmed, it would be the first official announcement on the Comex and the imminent release of the successful jailbreak for iPad 2.
Here is the statement by the person who discovered the image:
I was visiting the profile of Comex on Twitter about an hour ago when the hacker has released a single link to an image. I was surprised to see that the image in question was related to the jailbreak. When I reloaded Twitter, link and image had disappeared completely. I still had the image in another tab in my browser, and then I have saved on your computer. Comex was about to release the jailbreak but decided to postpone everything? I do not know honestly, I’m just trying to figure out if this really true or not tomorrow. Surely this is strange, very strange.
We just have to wait another few hours to find out if the long-awaited jailbreak iPad 2 will arrive today!
UPDATE: trying to read the QR Code (simbolino the bottom right image) we discovered that the same refers to your Twitter account to Comex. Further confirmation? But above all, because a QR in an image like this?
UPDATE 2: Our iGatlex user has reported that, by analyzing the image in question, was able to discover the words “ipad2jailbrokenforlife” between the date and the inscription “This is big.”. Honestly, this detail does not add further credibility to the image and the reason is very simple: it has always been rumored to be in possession of a Comex userland exploits – such as those used in Spirit and in the first JailbreakMe – that would be used for the jailbreak of ‘iPad 2. An iPad, however, “jailbrokenforlife” suggests that the hacker has found a new exploit that could allow hardware jailbreak iPad 2 (and all devices with chip A5) for life, guess this objectively unlikely.
UPDATE 3: According to the picture published by Comex MuscleNerd (or rather not published by Comex) is nothing but a fake. The issue of JailbreakMe 3.0 should still be at days.
