Surely everyone will have ever heard of Skyfire, the browser for smartphones that played Flash and other platforms long before any of the browsers built into phones even imagine to do so – and, indeed, for some devices, it still remains the only option.
Some time ago because we knew that Skyfire Labs was developing a version of its browser for iPhone – indeed, the company announced it once managed to get Opera Mini to the iPhone thanks to the adoption of the App Store. But more than that, all we had left were doubts as to when it sends the request for approval at the Apple App Store. And according to rumors, this will be very soon. This is not official yet, but many sources say that Skyfire has just entered the final stage of proof of what I try to be the first version for iPhone, with plans to send next week.
Skyfire, of course, neither confirmed nor denied this information officially – but while these statements are not disprove, we can be fairly sure that this will occur next week’s entry:)
