Facebook is one of the most popular free applications for iPhone and iPod touch, and now promises to be even better. Application developers have already reported that the 3.0 version of Facebook for iPhone and iPod Touch to Apple for review and inclusion in the App Store. This update includes many new features and improvements, but to get push notifications should wait until version 3.1 which will probably be available by year-end.
